Refund policy

We’re here to support your love of driving, and part of that is looking good, feeling good and having great gear. If you're unhappy with your new gear, send us an email to Info@ShopThrottleOut.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. You’ll also need the purchase receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns must be received within 10 days of the RA issue date. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • NRG products are subject to a 30% restocking fee and NRG terms and conditions.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Shipping fees are not included in returns, exchanges or refunds

Exchanges
For Throttle Out brand products: If you ordered a size and think a larger or smaller size would fit better, let us know via email (info@shopthrottleout.com), and we'll give you instructions. Return shipping is your responsibility, unless there was a mistake on our part, of course.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. We do not offer store credit and shipping fees are not refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
